What we collect

We collect only what you enter in the contact form:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number (optional);
• the subject of your enquiry and, if you reached the form from an apartment page, that apartment's identifier;
• your message.

We use no analytics tools, no tracking pixels and no marketing cookies. The site never asks for or stores payment details.

Why we use it

Solely to answer your enquiry — to contact you about the Grand Hill Residence apartments, arrange a viewing, or send the information you asked for.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the email address above.

Who we share it with

Your message is processed on the site's own server and delivered through our hosting provider's email service, which acts as a processor. Your data is not sold, rented or passed to other third parties for marketing, and it is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry until it is resolved, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact, after which it is deleted. If the conversation leads to a contract, the contract data is retained for the periods required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent. Contact us at vanzari@grandhillresidence.ro and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Bucharest, or via dataprotection.ro.

Cookies

The site runs without tracking cookies. We use only strictly necessary local storage for the pages to work — for instance remembering which building or floor you selected in the apartment selector. That stays in your browser and never reaches us.
